These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a binding contract between you (the "Client" or "User") and Digiveritaz ("Service Provider" or "Contractor"). Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By registering, creating an account, or proceeding with any transactions, you agree to adhere to and be bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement governs your use of Digiveritaz’s services (“Services”), which include access to our digital platforms, business solutions, and any related tools or consulting offerings. This Agreement will remain effective until terminated as per the conditions outlined in Section F.
Users agree to set up an authorized electronic payment method, such as an automated clearing mandate or other accepted online payment system, to facilitate recurring billing on a prearranged date. This ensures uninterrupted access and smooth payment processing.
Subscription charges are billed monthly based on the date your subscription begins, with no grace period for late payments. Overdue payments will incur an interest charge at the rate of 18% per annum, and services may be suspended until all dues are cleared. Billing continues during any suspension period.
The User is responsible for adhering to all applicable tax regulations, including any required filings such as TDS. Any penalties or liabilities resulting from non-compliance will be indemnified by the User.
Renewal Process and Pricing
This Agreement does not automatically renew. One month prior to contract expiration, both parties will review terms, including pricing adjustments. If an agreement is not reached, the subscription will end at the contract’s conclusion.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Digiveritaz is not liable for any unauthorized access or activities arising from negligence on the User’s part. Users must comply with all relevant laws while using the service.
All data and materials shared or processed via Digiveritaz’s services remain the Client’s property. The Service Provider will only use such information as necessary to fulfill the contracted services and will keep it confidential except when disclosure is legally required.
Digiveritaz may use aggregated or anonymized information to improve service quality. No personally identifiable or business-specific information will be shared or reused beyond the scope of this Agreement without explicit consent.
Clients may terminate services through the platform at any time, subject to a final billing cycle as notice. All pending payments must be settled before account closure or service discontinuation.
A minimum lock-in period of 4 months applies. Termination within this period will incur an early termination fee equal to the remaining subscription fees for the lock-in duration.
Clients agree to indemnify Digiveritaz from any losses, penalties, or damages arising from tax violations, misuse of services, or breaches of this Agreement. Digiveritaz’s liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
All intellectual property rights associated with Digiveritaz’s services, including software, trademarks, and logos, remain with Digiveritaz. Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license during their subscription period. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be resolved exclusively in courts with jurisdiction over this Agreement.
During the contract term and for two years after termination, the Client agrees not to solicit or employ any Digiveritaz employees without prior written consent. Violations require compensation equal to the affected employee’s annual salary.
When you engage with Digiveritaz, we collect personal details you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details if applicable. Additionally, we employ cookies and other tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, improve website security, and deliver personalized content.
Digiveritaz reserves the right to showcase the Client’s name and logo for promotional purposes unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between parties. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
